She plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, from overseeing daily operations to supporting both residents and staff with care and professionalism. Her thoughtful leadership helps foster a positive, home-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported. Whether she is coordinating services, assisting families, or responding to the unique needs of our residents, Melissa approaches every task with dedication, compassion, and mindfulness. Thanks to her presence and commitment, Lilac Terrace is not just a place to live it's a place to belong.

Samantha- Assistant Administrator 

Samantha is the right hand to our administrative team here at Lilac Terrace, playing an essential role in keeping our community running smoothly. She is the go-to person for coordinating maintenance and housekeeping requests, ensuring that resident needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. In addition to these responsibilities, Samantha manages a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks that support both staff and residents alike.

Stacey- Kitchen Manager

Stacey is the mastermind behind the delicious meals here at Lilac Terrace, making sure every plate is served with care and flavor, with a passion for good food and a heart for the residents , she puts thought into every menu and whether she is cooking up a crowd-pleasing favorite or trying something new, Stacey brings comfort and joy to the dining room with every meal she serves.

Kobi- Cook

Kobi is the cook here at Lilac Terrace, preparing meals that help create a welcoming dining experience for our residents. She plays a key role in our Kitchen and is dedicated to supporting the comfort and well-being of everyone who calls Lilac Terrace home.

Our kitchen team works seamlessly together to keep both the kitchen and dining room running smoothly. From serving our delicious meals to washing dishes, they ensure everything stays clean and efficient. We could not run the kitchen without their dedication and hard work.

Heather & Kaylie- Housekeeping

Our housekeepers, Heather and Kaylie, work together to maintain a clean and comfortable environment throughout Lilac Terrace. They do an excellent job keeping residents’ rooms neat and tidy, as well as caring for our common areas and shared spaces. Their consistent attention to detail helps create a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
